How does the School Preparation Program work?
The School Preparation Program is designed to help children complete all required medical examinations as comfortably as possible without visiting multiple healthcare facilities. During the visit, the child is examined by the required specialists, laboratory tests and other examinations included in the program are performed. Once the test results are available, the pediatrician or family doctor completes the necessary medical documentation and provides parents with recommendations regarding the child's health, preventive vaccination, and any further follow-up if needed.
The entire program can be completed in a single visit. If the medical documentation requires laboratory test results, our administrator will let you know when the completed certificates will be ready for collection. This helps parents save time, simplifies preparation for the new school year, and eliminates the need to visit multiple healthcare facilities.
FAQ
What medical certificates are included in the School Preparation Program?
After completing the program, your child will receive the medical documentation required for school enrollment, including Form 086/o and Form 063/o. If additional medical certificates are required, the specialists at Doctor Sam Medical Center will help determine which documents are needed.
Can my child complete the program without vaccination?
Yes. If your child has already received the required vaccinations or vaccination is not needed, the program can be adapted to your individual situation. During the consultation, the pediatrician will review your child's immunization record, provide vaccination recommendations if necessary, and help develop an individual immunization plan.
Is the program suitable for children who are already attending school?
Yes. The program is suitable not only for children starting first grade but also for school-aged children who need a routine medical examination before the beginning of a new school year or need to update their medical documentation.
If your child is preparing to start kindergarten, we also recommend our Kindergarten Preparation Program, which is specifically designed for younger children and includes the necessary consultations, examinations, and medical documentation required for preschool enrollment.
