National Health Program “Health Screening 40+”

From now on, all Ukrainians aged 40 and over have the opportunity to undergo a free comprehensive examination aimed at the early detection of cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes, and mental health issues.

The program is designed to help as many people as possible check their health status quickly, comfortably, and in a single visit.

What does the screening program include?

The set of examinations is developed to identify the most common risks:

• Cardiovascular risk diagnostics: measurement of blood pressure, pulse, and a blood test for cholesterol (lipid profile).
• Blood sugar control: glycated hemoglobin test for early detection of diabetes.
• General monitoring: blood test and body mass index (BMI) measurement.
• Mental health support: specialized questionnaire to assess psycho-emotional state.
• Medical consultation: professional analysis of results and creation of a prevention plan.

How to receive an invitation for the free screening?

1. Wait for the invitation: on the 30th day after your 40th birthday, a notification with a proposal to undergo screening will appear in the "Diia" app.
2. Confirm participation: follow the link in the notification and confirm your participation in the program. Receive funds: order a "Diia.Card" in the app. Within 7 days, 2 000 UAH will be credited to the card. These funds can only be used for this screening at a specified list of facilities.
3. Book a visit: choose a partner clinic and pay with the program card.
